Externally, the apartments have maintenance-free finishes and double-glazed
UPVC windows. There is plenty of external and car park lighting,
communal
television aerials, satellite dishes, washing lines and waste bin
facilities.
Security has been a major consideration when designing the apartments
and
each block has its own intercom system and security cameras. The
garden
areas are landscaped with structural plants that look good all year
round.
Upkeep of all the exterior areas is covered by the annual maintenance
charge
which is payable monthly.
